Today Friday we feature Evelyn Kabugho 18 years old and a 3rd born of 10 children. She is in our sewing class and 2 months now learning sewing. This week Kabugho was working on a straight skirt and tried to make her own size. She is hard work and committed to her work. She is a primary seven leaver and failed to join secondary education because of school fees challenges. Her parents are peasants and only produces for home consumption.
This year her parents heard about the skills training offered by Rural Focus Initiative Uganda and they decided to have her enrolled. She is a faster learner and committed to guide her fellow trainees who struggles with some issues in sewing.
Kabugho love singing and her favorite color is white.
